Network : Bugs : Blogspot Post URL Address

   Something  cannot  change  in blogspot/blogger.

[1] When we  post  something,  and we haven't type
    the title of the post  then publish that post,
    the URL address will be  created based on some
    words from  the first words in the post.  then
    the URL address can't be change after that.

[2] When we  have type  the title of the post, the
    URL address can't be change after that.

   You don't get it?
   Try it! Publish a post with this example...

Example :

[1] -Publish a post without a title.
    -The Post URL address will be created based on
     some words from  the first words in the post.
    -After that,  when you edit the post  and type
     the title,  the Post URL address will be same
     as before, it can't be changed.

[2] -Publish a post with a title.
    -The Post URL address will be created.
    -Edit  the  title  of  the post,  it can't  be
     changed, same as before.
